I even remember your ice deliveries in the neighborhood. When your truck went down in the street, the boys in the neighborhood would jump on the truck and throw scraps of ice to the girls! Just wanted to say “Thank you” for the beautiful job done at my home during the installation of a new burner system. Knowing what a big job this would be and the usual mess included with this type of job, my wife and I were not looking forward to having this necessary job done.
Your workers, Paul, Steve, and Michael, were a pleasure. From start to finish, they were respectful to our needs, explaining each step of the operation, cleaning up after each process. When the job was completed, the house was left in its original condition.

Frank was highly professional from his introduction upon entering, his friendly disposition, knowledge of equipment, and quality of workmanship. Frank is an asset to your company.
I was told from the office that the service would take an hour. Frank was concerned that he was here longer than expected (not affecting my schedule at all), but he had to make two repairs, in addition to the tune-up of the unit, and when finished, the area around the boiler was left clean and the unit functioning properly. So I am happy to report that the integrity of his work far outweighed the length of time spent here by being thorough during this service call.
I must also thank the manager Frank spoke to about the replacement parts, Bob, I believe, for waiving the fee for the parts. Again, your customer service for long-standing clients has confirmed the decision to maintain a relationship with Frank Bros. Fuel Company a good one.
Thank you for your continued excellent service you have provided over these many years. May God continue to bless you with service people who are committed to providing that service with integrity and honesty, as Frank has done today.

I have been a customer of your business for many years, and would like you to know that myself and my wife could have never picked a better company for our heating needs. Your service in delivering oil in times of trouble could not be any better. There have been times over the years even having a balance you had made exceptions in giving me oil when I was in need. I know most companies would never have given me more oil. Whenever I had a need to call and tell your staff of problems that had risen, they were always nice and understanding and many times would go out of their way to try and help me. We also could not ask for better service men coming into our house when needed, always making sure to never leave a mess and fix the problem in as short as time as possible. We would like to thank you again and hope to be with Frank Bros. for many more years to come.

My parents have been customers for a very long time – I cannot remember them using another company. You have delivered the oil and maintained their heating for over 53 years. I do not have one best service story. I have many instances where your company has been helpful. Mom is alone now and knows she can just call on the phone if she is unsure about a noise, not having hot water, etc. Two weeks ago, she called because there was no hot water. Someone came and took care of the problem. Mom never even mentioned this incident to me. She has confidence that you will be there for her.
Last summer while down for a visit, I had some questions about the thermostats. We called and a service man came that day, evaluated everything and explained what was happening. The “extra” personal service for that visit was that I was leaving later that afternoon and running errands when the repairman came. They called me and he waited for me to get back to the house (about 10 minutes) to explain the problem.
Mom has faith in you and I know that I can call or email with questions and you will respond in a timely manner. That means a great deal to us both.

As you know, we recently contracted with your company to have our home’s heating and air conditioning system upgraded. I am writing this letter to let you know how happy we are with not only the system, but also the overall experience. This was a huge decision for us, not so much from a financial standpoint as finding the right contractor to do the job. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other improvements we have made on the house and it has made me “gun shy.” We were impressed with all of the people involved in this project. They surpassed our expectations in every respect and that is a rare thing to find today. Please let everyone know how much we appreciate his or her efforts. You can be assured that we will recommend your company whenever we have that opportunity.
