Having been a customer of yours for approximately 35 years has to be indicative of a satisfied customer, and gives credence to the saying, "There's nothing like dealing with an old established firm." I would like to pass along my compliments on a job well done, referring to the installation of a new heating system at my home this past week. The installation, headed up by Paul and his crew, complemented by Troy, who came to complete the installation, were exemplary in all aspects in the performance of their tasks. Dear Mr. DelVecchio, As you know, we recently contracted with your company to have our home’s heating and air conditioning system upgraded. I am writing this letter to let you know how happy we are with not only the system, but also the overall experience. This was a huge decision for us, not so much from a financial standpoint as finding the right contractor to do the job. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other improvements we have made on the house and it has made me “gun shy.” We were impressed with all of the people involved in this project.
