Clear a Path to Your Fill Pipe!

Snow and packed ice can make it challenging to access your home for deliveries. That’s why we’re asking that you please clear any snow and ice from areas leading to and around your fill pipe large enough for the delivery truck to access the area. Also, please salt or sand your driveway so that the driver can safely make your oil delivery. This will help clear paths for us and may help other utility companies or public safety officials respond to emergencies.

Don’t forget about uncovering exhaust vents from heating systems!

Vents on the sides of homes can easily become blocked by high snow, could even result in heating system malfunctions, carbon monoxide getting into the home and create a safety hazard. Please make sure that your exhaust vents are clear of all obstructions. We appreciate your cooperation, patience and understanding during the winter seasons.
